Marketing campaign

Throughout the year CPhI China 2008 will be heavily promoted in:

  • International trade magazines within the pharmaceutical and pharma-chemical industry through advertising and editorial coverage.
  • Direct mail campaigns to companies active in the pharmaceutical ingredients arena.
  • This internet site: www.cphi-china.com.
  • The Chinese version of the website: www.cphi-china.cn.
  • A comprehensive CPhI China catalogue that will also serve as a buyer's guide after the show.
  • E-newsletters to the pre-registered visitors.

  

Publicity by the exhibitors

Research has shown that invitations to customers and prospects sent out by exhibitors themselves are most powerful in convincing people to visit an event as well as your stand. There are a number of ways to let the industry know you will be exhibiting at CPhI China:

  • Send out visitor tickets, supplied to all exhibitors in February 2008.
  • Place the CPhI China visitor registration button on your website (will be supplied in February).
  • Send out e-mailings to your databases, which can also include the registration button.
  • Place the CPhI China logo in your advertisements (logos can be requested via cphi@cmpi.biz).
  • Send out press releases and invitations to visit your stand, and upload press releases free of charge at www.whatsnewinpharma.com.
  • Create awareness on the CPhI China website with electronic advertising.
  • Create awareness onsite at the event with an ad in the catalogue or sponsorship.
