Visa requests

All visitors to China need to apply for a visa for their visit. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your embassy to process your application so make sure you don't wait until the last minute.We advise you to request your invitation letter as soon as possible but no later than one month before the exhibition because receiving the invitation letter and obtaining a visa takes time.
 

To apply for a business visa at your local Chinese Embassy, you will need:

-  An official invitation letter*
-  A complete portrayal of your trip including proof of flights in and out of the country, a detailed description of your travel route, and proof of your hotel booking(s)
-  Your passport copy
-  A recent photograph
-  A completed visa application form
