Visa requests

All visitors to China need to apply for a visa for their visit. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your embassy to process your application so make sure you don't wait until the last minute. We advise you to start with your preparations no later than one month before the exhibitions.

To apply for a business visa at your local Chinese Embassy, you need:

  An official invitation letter*
A complete portrayal of your trip including proof of flights in and out of the country, a detailed description of your travel route, and proof of your hotel booking(s)
  Your passport
  A recent photograph
  A completed visa application form

* To apply for a visa, you need an official invitation letter from the Chinese authorities. If you require this letter please complete this form and return to Ms Serena Liu at serena.liu@ubmsinoexpo.com along with a copy of your passport. We will coordinate and forward your information to the Chinese authorities for issuing the invitation letter.
